Eur 35,00 per person per day

(june-july-september-october  eur 40,00  august 45,00)

A prepayment deposit by wire transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any wire transfer instructions.

Please note that full payment of the booked stay is due in cash in eur on arrival. A security deposit of eur 200,00 is required at arrival. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the property.

Please inform Case Vacanza ChezTina of your expected arrival time in advance.

Notes on Rates:

  The continental breakfast is included

• The treatment is Self Catering and does not include  meals or anything else ..

• The apartment must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure, any different  time is to be agreed at the time of booking.

• Check-in and check-out Express (by appointment):  guests must notify in advance of their anticipate or delayed arrival time

• Early departure: full price is charged

• Rates include city tax, utilities, equipment, facilities and final cleaning

• The tax of stay request by the City of Terrasini for 2022  is EUR 1  per person per day (included)

• We do not accept credit cards and / or checks
